Common Problems and Solutions

Crash issues

Crashes are often the result of damaged or corrupt local data.

To resolve issues of this nature, we would like to recommend that you please follow the steps below:

  1. Open Settings on your PS4
  2. Navigate to System Storage Management
  3. Choose Application Save Data
  4. Select Saved data on system storage
  5. Opt to Delete data and then select the game that you’re having the issue with and commit the action

If the issue persists, there might be a conflict with some of your cloud save data.

To delete your cloud save data, please follow the same steps as above, but replace step 4 with the following:

  1. Select Saved data in online storage

Should the issue continue after deleting your personal data, we would like to recommend that you please perform a full re-installation of the game and attempt to launch it.

Input device problems

Provided that there are no issues with your controller, that you have a stable connection to your system and that the game is the only application that you’re experiencing an issue with, this problem is likely the result of locally corrupt or damaged data.

To resolve issues of this nature, we would like to recommend that you please follow the steps below:

  1. Open Settings on your PS4
  2. Navigate to System Storage Management
  3. Choose Application Save Data
  4. Select Saved data on system storage
  5. Opt to Delete data and then select the game that you’re having the issue with and commit the action
Audio problems

Please ensure that both your system volume and any in-game audio settings are appropriately set.

Provided that this is already the case, and that you have a stable connection to your speakers, it is likely the case that there is an issue with some of the local data on your machine.

To resolve this issue, we would like to recommend performing a full re-installation.

It might be the case that there is a larger issue with the PlayStation Network.
