Crash issues

Crashes may be the result of damaged local data.

To resolve this, we would like to recommend that you please perform a full re-installation of the game.

Note: If the game you’re experiencing the issue with does not include a cloud save feature, re-installing it may result in the loss of any progress or customisation.

After re-installing, please perform a hard reset of your device. To do this, please hold down the power and home buttons at the same time.

Note: This process will restart your device. Please ensure that any open applications are exited cleanly and that any information is saved before carrying this out.

Input problems

If you are experiencing an issue with a peripheral input device (such as a Bluetooth controller), please check the devices manufacturer site for supported titles, as the game may not be compatible.

If the issue that you are experiencing is not with a peripheral device, it might be that some of the games local data has become damaged.

To resolve this, we would like to recommend that you please perform a full re-installation of the game.

Audio problems

Please ensure that both your system volume and any in-game audio settings are appropriately set.

If this is already the case, it might be that some of the games local data has become damaged.

Download issues

If your download has been interrupted and you are struggling to resume it, please follow the link below for steps from Apple:

If you are unable to connect to the store, please double check your connection to the internet and then pursue support directly from Apple.

Multiplayer issues

If you are experiencing issues connecting to our multiplayer servers, please ensure that you are not restricting the app and that you are attempting to connect with a stable, WiFi connection.
