How to find Information points:

The following information should be available through the [?] help icon. Detailed steps and instructions on how to gather the requested information are included with the corresponding request, below:

DxDiag:

To gather a DxDiag, please follow the steps below:

  1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R
  2. The Run dialog should appear. Type ‘dxdiag’ in the available text field.
  3. Click OK
  4. Click Save All Information
  5. Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
  6. Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
  7. Attach the DXdiag.txt file to the appropriate field of this form.

Mac System Model and OSX Version:

To determine your Mac Model and OSX Version, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Apple Menu
  2. Select About This Mac
  3. Select More Info…
  4. Your model information will be displayed at the top of the window
  5. Your OSX version can be found in the Software field

Hardinfo:

To locate your system information please run the following:

hardinfo

If you do not already have Hardinfo, please install it with:

apt-get install hardinfo

Once you have done this, click Generate Report and save the report as a .txt file. Please attach this .txt file to the appropriate field of this form.

Android – Device Model and Version:

To determine the model of your device and Android OS, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open your Settings
  2. Locate About Phone or About Device and tap it
  3. Navigate to the Model Number and Android Version information

iOS – Device Mode and Version:

To determine the model of your device and iOS version, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open your device settings
  2. Navigate to the General tab
  3. Expand the About section
  4. Locate the Version and Model information

PS4 – Firmware Version:

To determine the Firmware Version that your PlayStation 4 is operating on, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your Settings
  2. Choose System
  3. Navigate to System Information
  4. See the System Software number

XBox One – Firmware Version:

To determine the Firmware Version that your XBox One is running, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your Settings
  2. Choose System
  3. Select Console Info
  4. Find your OS Version

Note: Please include the first 10 numbers which are displayed in the following format: 0.0.00000.0

Android and iOS – Game Version:

To determine your game version, please:

  1. Navigate to the store from which the game was purchased
  2. Ensure that you are on the latest available version of the game
  3. Locate the current version number from the store listing
