We are pleased to announce a new campaign in collaboration with Twitch, where players will be able to get kitted out in the Lethal Tide DLC by making use of the gift subscription service on the following selected channels:


To take part you must –

  1. You, the viewer, must link your verified Twitch account to Team17, before or after gifting subscription (https://hell-let-loose.twitch.team17.com/)
  2. Gift a single subscription (any tier) to their channel whilst they are streaming Hell Let Loose during the Twitch campaign (27/07/2021 – 10/08/2021) – You only need to gift 1 subscription to earn the reward at any tier level. Subscriptions gifted anonymously will not count toward the campaign.
  3. You’ll then receive a Steam code via your registered Twitch email

This campaign will last between 27th July 2021 and 10th August 2021 only.

Q: Can the subscription gift be Tier 1?
A: Yes! There’s no requirement on the level of gifting.

Q: What if I subscribe to the streamer, or I am currently subscribed to them?
A: Current or new subscriptions do not count towards the campaign. You will need to gift a subscription within the participating channels to receive the reward.

Q: How long do I have to earn the rewards?
A: The offer is open from July 27th at 11:00 am BST to August 10th at 23:59 BST.

Q: Can I gift subscriptions while the streamer is offline?
A: No, the streamer must be live and streaming Hell Let Loose.

Q: How will I receive my code?
A: The code will be emailed to you after you have gifted a subscription to a participating channel and linked your Twitch and Team 17 accounts.

Q: Do I need to have an existing Team 17 account to receive the code?
A: This campaign is open to all users on Twitch. You do not need a Team 17 account to receive a code, but you will need a Team 17 account to receive the item in Hell Let Loose.

Q: I gifted the subscriptions while the streamer was streaming Hell Let Loose, but I still haven’t received my code. Please assist.
A: Please wait up to 24 hours for the email to appear in your inbox. If they still haven’t appeared, please contact Team17 Support.

Q: I tried to redeem my code, but it didn’t work.
